Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Tech Business Analyst (BA), ideally with a background in data migration, to join our client’s dynamic team. This is an office-based, and possibly hybrid role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for the data migration project.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient migration solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and developers to ensure seamless data migration and integration.
  • Define and document data migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to data migration and business process changes.
  • Develop clear process flows, user stories, and functional specifications to support successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or great aptitude to learn.
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies, and best practices.
  • Experience working with data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
  • Understanding of data migration projects.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
