- We are seeking a Business Operations Performance & Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing business processes, improving efficiency, and strengthening data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Summary
- The Business Operations Performance & Data Analyst plays a key role in optimizing business performance through data-driven insights.
- This role is responsible for collecting and analyzing operational data, building performance dashboards, evaluating KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Working closely with HR, IT, and other departments, the Analyst ensures the organization’s systems, processes, and performance outcomes remain aligned with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to support strategic decisions.
- Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and performance reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Establish and track KPIs across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct in-depth operational and financial analyses to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support HR Performance Management with data-driven insights for departmental evaluation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation efforts.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis, operations performance, or data analytics (financial services/consulting is a plus).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, performance frameworks, and KPI development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
