Job Description

The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for information according to what is established in the Contact Strategy, prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources, and comply with the agreed service level of relevant information for the BU. Align the data that is in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS, CIC, SAP, etc High standards and attention to detail are a must in order to produce quality work.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
  • Comply with the agreed service level of relevant information for the BU.
  • Align the data that is in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS (KUJA), CIC, SAP, etc
  • Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
  • Evaluate third-party data to determine best practices
  • Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
  • Gather and analyse data to understand problems and address them proactively
  • Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
  • Automatize process, reports to
  • Align the data that is in all Systems, Salesforce, POC EYE, DMS (KUJA), CIC, Syspro, etc.

Key Competencies:

  • High standards and attention to detail are a must to produce quality work.
  • Analytical proficiency (Power BI, Microsoft Excel)

  • Stakeholder management (internal and external)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Min of BSC/HND
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a related field
