About The Job

Reporting to the Director, Transformation, you will be responsible for driving global transformation initiatives centered around warehouse operations and quality. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across multiple sites globally:

  • Leverage your experience in warehouse operations and quality to gather requirements.
  • Work on multiple projects across various sites globally.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and concerns. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive consensus.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and project planning.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Smartsheets, and the Microsoft stack (Teams, Loop, etc.).
  • Support change management activities, including training and communication plans, to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • While primarily focused on Business Analyst activities, you will also engage activities across the lifecycle of a transformational project, including but not limited to, project management, solution design and testing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in working on multiple projects centered around warehouse operations and quality.
  • Experience in working on multiple projects in warehouse operations and quality sites situated in multiple countries and regions.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills, a can-do attitude.
  • Relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse and matrixed stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret, translate and explain business requirements.
  • Experience with using JIRA, Smartsheets, and Microsoft stack.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations if necessary.
