Job Description

The Business Analyst takes accountability in creating, developing, overseeing, storing, and analyzing data and processes within the Quality area.

The successful candidate is responsible to identify, design and document business processes and applications requirements belonging to its area of interest. You will serve as link between stakeholders and relevant teams by facilitating communication and determining objectives that align with stated and unstated business need.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a strong understanding of the relevant business areas to recommend solutions and create clear requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders on planning and prioritization. Collect business needs through interviews, surveys, prototypes, and analysis, while identifying opportunities and suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Develop methods for defining processes and ensuring data accuracy. Help improve IT service quality by analyzing core business needs and understanding technical trade-offs. Convert high-level user needs into detailed functional requirements, working with stakeholders to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Create relevant documentation and support delivery teams during development, testing, and deployment. Ensure requirements are met and participate in user acceptance testing. Document current processes, identify automation opportunities, and serve as the liaison between business and solution providers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical companies
  • Demonstrable experience with CSV, QMS (Quality Management Systems), Data Management
  • Good Understanding of Quality area, data and processes where quality is a key contributor or owner within (Bio)pharmaceutical company
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
