Job Description
Robert Half are working with a leading IT MSP in London that are looking to hire a Data Analyst to grow their Data Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an exceptional client that provide IT services to some of the biggest names in the city.
Role overview
- Works with the customer and delivery teams on collating and compiling information from various data sources
- Manipulation of the information using a variety of tools provided; Excel, SQL, Python
- Generates reports, dashboards, graphs and visualisations that showcase the data in an easy-to-understand format to all relevant audiences.
Required experience
- Python, Power BI and/or Metabase
- 2-4 years experience in delivering customer solutions
- Excellent knowledge and technical skills in Microsoft Excel and BI/Reporting visualisation tools with the ability to create clear reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manipulate and manage large data sets for ingestion into other tools for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to explain technical scenarios to a broad range of stakeholders.
