Job Description

Stanton House is currently recruiting for an Interim Data & Performance Analyst to join a Global Business Services Company in South East England on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a 6-month contract offering £60,000 per annum (plus benefits) and working hybrid 3 days in the office and the rest from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards for various metrics.
  • Analyse client data, including trends, size, product use, and payslip volumes.
  • Extract, clean, and merge data from multiple sources.
  • Improve processes for more accurate reporting.
  • Train users on workbooks, reports, dashboards, and tools.
  • Visualise data in easy-to-understand formats.
  • Monitor data quality continuously.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand their reporting needs.
  • Assist in preparing monthly leadership dashboard reports.
  • Provide general analytical support to the Finance team and business.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

  • Qualified or newly qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Understanding of data sources, organisation and storage.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Clear communication abilities.
  • Ability to identify and drive efficiency improvements.
  • Advanced Excel experience (Required).
  • Power BI developer experience (Required).
  • Experience with financial systems.
