We’re expanding our E-Billing team to support the firm’s international growth and success. If you’re looking to enhance your e-billing expertise and become a key player in our finance function, this role is your opportunity.
Based in Leeds or Manchester, you’ll join a team known for its deep knowledge in legal billing and a strong track record of career development.
What You’ll Do:
• Submit LEDES and PDF invoices across various E-billing portals.
• Manage client configurations using the E-billing Hub.
• Ensure accurate application of agreed rates and maintain client and matter data.
• Collaborate with the billing team to incorporate billing guidelines and liaise with credit control to monitor invoice status.
• Resolve invoice rejections and support new E-billing portal implementations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for E-billing queries and undertake ad hoc projects to support the finance function.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with the firm’s regulatory obligations.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Individuals with experience in finance functions or legal environments, possessing strong organisational and IT skills.
• Candidates who can work independently when necessary, with a keen eye for detail and a commercial mindset.
• Applicants with excellent communication skills, capable of building effective relationships.
• Those with experience in 3E and E-billing Hub are preferable, but not essential.
• Candidates who are flexible, able to work non-standard hours when needed, and have a high interest in developing IT/systems skills.
