I’m partnered with a well-established, Coventry-based business seeking a Finance Analyst to support the ongoing development of a new software. This is more than just crunching numbers – you’ll act as the key bridge between the Finance and Data teams, ensuring a seamless integration of systems, insight, and processes. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £50,000 + bonus + enhanced benefits. This is a unique role for a SQL savvy finance analyst who is keen to make a name for themselves across a well known business

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the implementation of a new financial software system, ensuring the Finance team’s needs are met

• Use your SQL skills to extract, query and interpret data during testing and implementation

• Act as the key liaison between Finance and the Data team – translating requirements, identifying data gaps, and troubleshooting

• Develop reports, dashboards, and financial analysis that support business decision-making

• Spot opportunities to improve existing processes and streamline financial reporting

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role

• Solid understanding of SQL and working with large data sets

• Comfortable working across teams and translating technical detail into actionable insight

• Experience supporting system or software implementations (ideal, not essential)
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
