We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent 

As a talented Financial Analyst in this role, you’ll leverage your financial expertise and analytical skills to play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain financial analysis tools using Power BI to integrate data across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.)
  • Ensure data accuracy through meticulous checks and reconciliations
  • Analyse financial data, identify trends and variances, and provide insights for senior stakeholders
  • Investigate and report on key financial issues for Financial and Operational leadership
  • Compile management reports focusing on benchmarking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Track and report on both volumetric and non-financial information, including Group-specific KPIs
  • Assist with Group and Regional consolidations for financial reporting, adhering to IFRS standards
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through standard KPIs and benchmarking across the Group

Requirements

Essential: 

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in a financial role with a proven track record of detailed and insightful financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical , numerical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues across various departments
  • Sound IFRS knowledge

Desirable: 

  • Strong proficiency in Power BI
  • Experience with Group consolidations is advantageous
