Job Description
Here at Gousto, we are on a mission to become the UK’s most loved way to eat dinner, and for every meal to leave the planet better off. Gousto is changing how people shop, cook and eat food at home. It’s an incredibly exciting time to join our team – and we’re a friendly bunch!
We’re proud to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the UK. Powered by data and a love of food, we’re a recipe box company that’s disrupting the sector, and we’re passionate about our diverse team and our customers.
All of our people are responsible for the success of Gousto, and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive environment for all to thrive. Our guiding values – Dream, Deliver and Care – show our commitment to innovation, our ambition to achieve meaningful goals, and our deep respect for the people we work with.
We’re looking for a data-driven Junior Product Analyst to help optimise Gousto’s ordering and subscription journeys. Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers, you’ll use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, prioritise what we build, and assess the impact of new features through experimentation. You’ll also play a key role in helping the squad understand and self-serve data, ensuring we make the best decisions for our customers.
In your first six months, you’ll work on exciting projects like re-engaging customers who’ve left their subscription but may still want to order, using data to uncover behaviours that drive retention, and optimising how we bring customers to our digital menu. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your analytical skills and customer-focused mindset to shape Gousto’s digital customer experiences. If you’re ready to make an impact by fostering collaboration, enhancing customer journeys, and contributing to meaningful improvements, apply today!
