We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused Onsite Support Analyst to join the team, working directly onsite at a key client location in Woburn, Bedfordshire.

In this hands-on technical role, you will provide expert 2nd line support, assist with infrastructure management and supporting a diverse user base of around 250 users. As part of a dedicated onsite team, you’ll collaborate with another Onsite Support Analyst while working closely with the wider team on projects and consultancy services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line technical support to users across multiple business units and locations.
  • Assist with the management and maintenance of infrastructure, including virtualisation, managed networking, and Microsoft 365.
  • Offer expert support for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with users and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to deliver projects and support on various IT services.
  • Support ongoing IT development and contribute ideas to improve processes and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, ideally within a Managed Services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
  • Proficiency in virtualisation technologies (e.g., Hyper-V) and networking (e.g., Cisco Switching, Unifi Wi-Fi).
  • Experience working with Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to continually learn and improve.
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Living within a commutable distance to Woburn, Bedfordshire.
