We are looking for a data-driven Operational Analyst to join our team, focusing on production planning and forecastingto ensure efficient operations and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse weekly sales trends and historical data to create accurate production forecasts for supermarket supply.
• Develop and maintain production planning models to optimise raw material usage, factory output, and stock levels.
• Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to align production with demand.
• Monitor seasonal trends, promotions, and supply chain fluctuations to prevent shortages or overproduction.
• Provide real-time data insightsto support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in production planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG.

✔ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and data visualisation tools.

✔ Understanding of supermarket supply chains and the ability to adapt forecasts to changing demand patterns.

✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

✔ Experience in meat manufacturing or food production is a strong advantage.
