We are looking for a Product Manager – Payments. This role is pivotal in optimizing our payment flows, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that our payment solutions meet customer needs. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, scalable payment products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Payment Product Strategy: Own the roadmap for payment products, focusing on optimizing cross-border payment flows, enhancing multi-currency capabilities, and improving transaction efficiency.
  • Optimize Internal Payment Processes: Evaluate and refine internal processes to ensure faster transaction speeds, operational clarity, and superior customer service outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Engineering) to align payment products with business objectives, ensuring clarity in case management and customer queries.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Identify pain points within payment flows and implement solutions to improve payment processing speed, accuracy, and user transparency.
  • Payment Infrastructure Innovation: Collaborate with technical teams to improve payment integrations, enhance reconciliation processes, and expand global payment capabilities.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure payment products meet regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and track key performance metrics to assess the success of payment initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver and Iterate: Manage and prioritize a backlog of payment initiatives, balancing quick wins with strategic improvements to deliver impactful product enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in payment workflows.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with cross-border payment systems, multi-currency processes, and FX operations.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and a track record of delivering complex payment products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
