The Sales Incentive Analyst is responsible for assisting with the design and analysing relevant underlying data in relation to the company’s sales incentive programs to drive sales performance and motivate the sales teams. This role involves collecting and analysing data, ensuring accurate incentive calculations, and providing insights to optimize incentive structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with sales incentive programs, and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales incentive analysis, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience with CRM and sales performance management tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
