We are looking for a talented Senior Principal Product Analyst to push and deeply understand the performance of our game economy as part of the Candy Crush Saga team. You will get the opportunity to be part of a great team, working with an industry leading and genre defining game with over 200 million active players.

Your Role Within the Kingdom

As the Senior Principal Product Analyst, you are tasked with leading the charge in holistically understanding, analysing, and optimising our game economy. You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Game Economy/System Designers and Engineers to not only analyse current economic systems, but also innovate and guide implementation of solutions that boost player engagement. Your deep understanding of economy dynamics and analytics will be pivotal in crafting strategic insights that propel Candy Crush Saga to new heights.

This role is crucial for driving the analytical foundation of our game economy work, including strategy, experimentation cycles and delivery of actionable insights to have a positive impact on our understanding, decision-making, and ultimately our player satisfaction.

  • Support the product area and growth via evaluation, performance reporting and data driven recommendations, including data and tech project coordination.

  • Consistent track record as a key partner in cross-functional teams dedicated to developing economic systems or similar projects.
  • Highly proficient in SQL as well as sufficient skills in Python or R for numerical analysis.
  • Prior experience working directly with other peers in data science, engineering, consumer research, and business intelligence.
  • Masters’ or PhD Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering or similar field or work experience.
