The Role

Our team seeks a dynamic Junior – Mid level UX Designer to join our IT function working closely with the Product team and focus on elevating the user experience of our internal tools. This is a brand new role which you can make your own and help shape the company’s direction. This will be an initial 6 month part-time contract (3 days a week with 2 of those days in our Camden office)

Responsibilities:

  • Create user-centred, high-fidelity visual designs, prototypes and wireframes for mobile apps, websites and other digital assets.
  • Conduct research and usability testing with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner, and Developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in mobile and web design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • A solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • A passion for creating beautiful and functional user interfaces
