Job Description
My client in the telco industry are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Storyblok, to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and designers, to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and assess current CMS processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure that CMS solutions are aligned with business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system guides.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CMS-related issues post-implementation.
- Conduct regular reviews of CMS performance and user feedback, recommending enhancements as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Storyblok.
- Strong understanding of CMS architecture, workflows, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
