Job Description
Job Duties:
As part of the claims projects across processes, technology & future centralisation, you will be involved from the discovery stage through to release of the end process. As a Business Analyst, you will use your experience in transforming the way the company works across Claims Operations. You will look to suggest/provide ideas/solutions to current processes, delivery and run workshops and be pro-active in reaching out to the wider business to gather requirements and relevant information. The ideal candidate will have performed a similar role and have experience of working with claims and key stakeholders.
You will have had exposure to market leading claims systems such as Guidewire.
Requirements:
- Experience and demonstrable background as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrate experience in Mobilisation, Inception and planning phase of projects.
- Strong Key Stakeholder engagement experience and can lead the updates to the stakeholders, questions and challenge requirements.
- Must be proactive and have the ability to be hands on.
- Ability and experience of running workshops
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Have the ability to sound Ideas and provide solutions
- Have the ability and experience to challenge when required.
- Experience within the Insurance Sector – Nice to have
- Experience of Guidewire or in identifying innovative automation and efficiency outcomes it would be a bonus.
