Job Description
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for gathering and documenting requirements related to system integrations across critical areas such as HR, Finance etc. You’ll be working closely with a talented team of Developers and Testers, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans that drive real impact.
Ideal candidate:
- You’ll need substantial experience as a Business Analyst with a strong technical background, particularly in integrations. You should be well-versed in documenting and managing complex data flows and system integrations.
- You’ll interact with various stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical audiences are key.
- Working closely with developers is crucial, so experience in a development environment is highly beneficial. Familiarity with tools like JIRA is a plus.
- While experience in data-oriented environments is advantageous, the primary focus is on technical integration.
