Key Responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst
- Work closely with UX and UI designers to ensure the requirements are accurately reflected in the user experience.
- Assess the technical feasibility of designs, ensuring they can be delivered within the constraints outlined by the Project Manager.
- Participate in the design and facilitation of engaging client workshops as needed during the project.
Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within digital product design and delivery projects.
- Prior experience working with financial services clients.
- Ability to translate UX and design artifacts into deliverables for technical teams.
- Familiarity with front-end and back-end development processes, including quality assurance.
- Essential experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Miro, Google Suite, Slack, and Teams.
- Proficiency with Figma and Airtable is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital technology, systems integration, and implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a technical Scrum team through the sprint lifecycle.
