Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst will act as both a business analyst and helpdesk support, responsible for critical data processing systems for the New Jersey Judiciary. This role demands a proactive and organized individual who can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment, providing timely resolutions to helpdesk tickets and ensuring optimal application performance.

Requirements

  • Monitor the helpdesk, accept helpdesk tickets, analyze reported problems, and assist users with resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Document issues and resolutions, and test applications to replicate reported issues.
  • Understand and utilize Use Cases, Business Requirements Documents (BRD), User Stories, Test Scripts, and other related documentation to enhance application support.
  • Work on fast-paced projects, demonstrating organizational skills and the ability to take initiative.
  • Maintain a customer-friendly demeanor, effectively handling queries and concerns.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support.
  • Knowledge of various documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Use Cases, User Stories, and Test Scripts.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and workflows to assist users with issues and resolutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
