Job Description

As a Business Intelligence Specialist at HiCareer, you’ll work with fast-growing SaaS and digital companies across Europe, helping them unlock the full potential of their data. You’ll typically maintain dashboards, build ETL workflows, define KPIs, and support ad hoc analysis to enable data-driven decision-making. Strong SQL skills and 2–5 years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data analysis are required. What You’ll Typically Do

As a Business Intelligence Specialist working with our clients, you’ll structure, analyze, and communicate key insights that enable smarter decision-making across the business.

  • Maintain and evolve dashboards for sales, product, finance, or marketing teams
  • Build ETL workflows or support data warehouse architecture (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
  • Help clean, organize, and optimize datasets for performance and accuracy
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as business needs shift

Typical tools: BigQuery, DBT, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Airbyte, Fivetran

Is this you?

  • 2–5 years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data analysis
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses
  • Comfortable building dashboards and reporting frameworks for non-technical teams
  • Curious, collaborative, and always looking to improve how data is used
  • Bonus: experience supporting multiple departments or building self-serve data tools
