Requirements

You’re not just a designer – you’re a product-minded growth operator with creative firepower.
✅ You’ve got 5+ years of experience in Growth Product Design
✅ You’ve designed consumer apps that users can’t stop coming back to
✅ You speak PLG and have PLG initiatives in your portfolio backed up by data and insights to showcase
✅ You’ve worked in startups or fast-scaling environments with velocity and autonomy
✅ You understand how to design for conversion, activation, retention, and monetization
✅ You’re fluent in user psychology, behavioral design, and the art of A/B test
✅ You’re a pro at Figma, UX/UI principles, and design systems at scale
✅ You know how to translate Jobs-to-be-Done insights into real product improvements
✅ You bring a killer portfolio of best-in-class consumer app work, end to end
✅ You thrive in high-performing cross-functional teams and love fast feedback loops
✅ You can spot friction in flows blindfolded – and redesign them in your sleep
✅ You can take on feedback, and challenge the team to always be better
