In a nutshell
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to ensure our software products are delivered with exceptional quality. You’ll be an integral part of the Development Team, working closely with engineers, project managers, and support teams. This role is essential to maintaining the reliability of our systems through comprehensive testing and issue resolution.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for new and existing software.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify and document defects.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalating them to relevant departments with clarity and precision.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve bugs and inconsistencies across platforms.
- Stay updated on new procedures and upcoming features.
- Create detailed documentation including test scripts, checklists, and results.
- Report on software releases, hotfixes, and backend updates.
- Contribute feedback to continuously improve QA processes and product stability.

Nice to have
- A certification or degree in software testing or a related QA field.
- Familiarity with testing and project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or TestRail.
- A technical background or previous experience in the IT sector.
- Proven experience in a similar QA role, especially in cross-functional teams
