Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a leading insurance company focused on building next-generation SaaS solutions for the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating business needs into technical solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the development of a multi-tenant, cloud-based insurance platform, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, documented, and delivered in line with regulatory and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements for core insurance modules (e.g., underwriting, claims, billing).
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and business teams.
- Recommend process improvements and support system optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 4–5 years’ experience in business analysis, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (IFRS 17, NDPR) is a plus.
