Job Description

Uscreen is a profitably growing, bootstrapped, product-led SaaS business changing the way video-based entrepreneurs and creators monetize their content. Our all-in-one video membership platform empowers creators to generate revenue through subscriptions, communities, courses, and live-streamed events across various platforms (web, mobile, and TV).

What you’ll do:

Research, Content Ideation, and Story Development

  • Conduct ongoing research to generate creative content ideas and develop compelling stories.
  • Collaborate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), customers, and creators for insightful content.

Content Creation and Management

  • Produce diverse content formats in collaboration with design and video teams.
  • Manage content lifecycle, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and quality.

Editing, Quality Control, and Optimization

  • Review and refine content to meet quality standards and optimize for engagement and visibility.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance content reach and impact.

Content Distribution

  • Strategically distribute content across various channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage distribution calendar and platform selection.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze content performance metrics in collaboration with the data team.
  • Report on engagement, reach, and conversion rates to guide future strategies.

Your work will impact the team and company by:

  • Driving creative direction and execution to enhance brand identity and audience engagement.
  • Fostering collaborative influence with design, video, and other creative teams.
  • Contributing to brand building, audience growth, and business objectives support.

You will interact with team across Uscreen:

  • Work closely with your fellow content marketing team members to uphold content quality, consistency, and messaging, and foster creativity through teamwork.
  • Collaborate with sales, video and design teams, product marketing, and customer success departments.
  • Ensure alignment with sales enablement, messaging, product launches, and customer success strategies.

 Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in B2B Saas.
  • Proven track record in creating a wide range of content types (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) that resonate with targeted audiences.
  • Exceptional writing, editorial, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce compelling, high-quality content.
  • Strong research skills (primary and secondary), capable of conducting thorough market and audience research to inform content creation and inject content with unique insights.
  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination, working effectively with cross-functional teams including design, video production, and external partners.
  • Strong command of SEO principles and practices to optimize content for high search engine rankings.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools for content performance analysis and reporting.
  • Creative and strategic thinking ability, with a knack for generating innovative content ideas and storytelling.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics and understanding of various social media platforms for effective content distribution and promotion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a closely related field is required.
