The Career Accelerator Program is a launchpad for talented early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and rapid growth. You will take ownership of real projects that matter—from designing financial strategies and legal frameworks to driving tech innovation and optimizing operational systems. Program Focus Areas
- Finance & Legal: Raise debt finance, support financial management, and assist in legal structuring.
- Technology: Contribute to core tech initiatives with hands-on training in the company’s innovation-driven environment.
- Operations: Engage in key business functions including supply chain, HR, procurement, audits, and member support.
Who You Are
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Excel, Power BI, etc. are a plus)
- Excellent communication and storytelling ability
- Curious, action-oriented, and passionate about solving real-world problems
- A team player with the humility to learn and the courage to challenge norms

Location
This role is based in Lagos and Northern Nigeria, with rotational exposure to Babban Gona’s field operations across the country.
