Job Description


Data Collection: Data analysts gather data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, surveys, and other sources. They ensure that the data is accurate, relevant, and comprehensive.

Data Cleaning and Preparation: Raw data often needs to be cleaned and processed before analysis. Data analysts perform tasks such as removing duplicates, handling missing values, and transforming data into a usable format.

Data Analysis: Using statistical techniques and data analysis tools, data analysts interpret data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights. They employ various methods such as regression analysis, clustering, and data visualization to extract meaningful information from data sets.

Data Visualization: Communicating insights effectively is crucial. Data analysts create visualizations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to present data findings in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.

Years of Experience : Minimum of 2 years in related role

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or engineering is typically required.

Analytical Skills: Data analysts need strong analytical skills to be able to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. This includes proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

Problem-Solving Skills: Data analysts need strong problem-solving skills to approach complex problems logically, formulate hypotheses, and develop data-driven solutions.

Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for data analysts to present their findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders, as well as to collaborate with team members effectively.
