Captrust Investment Limited is a trusted financial services firm providing investment opportunities and loan facilities. We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
Job Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models to assess business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities.
• Analyze key financial metrics and provide insights to senior management.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor market trends, industry benchmarks, and economic indicators to provide strategic recommendations.
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive financial performance and process optimization.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or fintech.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance.
• Professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN) is an added advantage.

Salary: 250,000 – 300,000
