Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Design and implement database structures, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Technical Skills & Requirements
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (with experience in React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, NestJS, or PHP.
  • Solid knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
  • Experience with Git (GitHub/GitLab) for version control.
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Angular (2+) and TypeScript.
  • Expert-level Java development skills.
  • Experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Prior experience with payment systems (Card processing, SWIFT, NIBSS) is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Nigerian payment ecosystem and regulations is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
