Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will provide support to Head, Human Resources in the implementation of Human Resource initiatives and in the provision of support to all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the recruitment and selection process by preparing job descriptions, posting job adverts, screening resumes and contacting candidates
  • Handles all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process, including arranging assessments, etc
  • Assists in developing and implementing effective recruiting and hiring procedures and practices based on several factors like company performance, market economy, competitor’s performance, etc.
  • Manages all on-boarding processes so as to support new hires to settling into their roles seamlessly
  • Conducts timely assessment of training and development needs for BISEDGE employees.
  • Develop training content and manual for inhouse trainings including Female Operators Program
  • Assist in development of company’s annual training plan and training budget.
  • Undertake surveys to measure the training effectiveness, satisfaction of training participants with the training content, means of training delivery, etc.
  • Assists in managing end-to-end Performance Management Cycle (KPI Setting, Mid-Year Performance Appraisals and Annual Performance Appraisals)
  • Assist in dealing with disciplinary proceedings/matters.
  • Manages and updates employee information, payroll information and maintains effective file management and archival
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Supports HMO, Tax and Pension administration with relevant departments
  • Processes leave applications/requests
  • Plans and execute audit work for select-business site operations

Requirements

  • Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations or any relevant discipline is required 
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist. 
  • An HR Certification (CIPM, PHRi, SHRM) is an added advantage 
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Information System is preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with excellent data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
