Role Description
The HRBP provides support to the Head, Corporate Services in aligning human resources practices with the business objectives. The HRBP will work closely with the HR Manager to provide support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management.
Qualifications
- A first degree (minimum of second class lower) in a related field.
- Professional membership is required.
- Minimum of 4 years’ post NYSC working experience, 2 of which must have been in the HRBP function.
