Role Overview

As an Innovation Analyst, you will help uncover, shape, and scale transformative ideas—from product pilots to internal improvements. Your analysis and insights will guide strategic decisions and strengthen how they deliver value to their members. This is a role for thinkers, doers, and change-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
  • Support the design, testing, and scale-up of pilots and process innovations.
  • Track pilot performance and share actionable learnings with teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to align innovations with strategic goals.

  • Translate complex data into clear insights that drive decisions.

Who You Are

  • Analytical: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strategic: Background in innovation, consulting, strategy, or product development.
  • Curious & Adaptive: You ask questions, test ideas, and iterate quickly.
  • Communicative: Able to present data and insights clearly to various stakeholders.

  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about social impact and rural development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 2+ years’ experience in a relevant field.

  • Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills.
