We are currently seeking a dynamic sales operation analyst to effectively support the sales team and achieve the desired outcomes, the associates should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pitch Evaluation and Coaching:

– Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness

– Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques

  • CRM Maintenance and Data Hygiene:

– Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system

– Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates

  • Performance Reporting:

– Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs

– Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth

  • Insight Generation:

– Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions

– Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact

  • Continuous Improvement:

– Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices

– Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, sales, customer success roles
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
