We are looking for a Growth Analyst to bring a rigorous, data-driven approach to our growth team. This role will focus on driving insights that optimize paid channels, user journey, activation, retention, and churn reduction. You will work cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to identify friction points, surface opportunities, and inform actionable insights. Ideally, you’ll have:
- 1+ year(s) of experience as a Growth Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role within a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode, Metabase, or similar).
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Segment, or similar).
- Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key attributes:
- Strategic operator with hands-on executional chops.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Creator economy or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Obsessed with customer outcomes and accelerating company growth.
- Clear and concise communicator, and can effectively develop cohesive data-driven narratives verbally and in written form.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Performance deep dives on paid channels.
- Use a data-driven approach to improve activation and retention, and decrease churn.
- Build dashboards and reports to track performance, conversion, and adoption.
- Develop and maintain experiments (A/B tests, feature flagging) to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
- User journey tracking and funnel drop-off
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to improve event tracking, instrumentation, and data quality.
- Planning and executing on more qualitative measurement (surveys, brand lift studies, and the like)
