Job Description

What We Are Looking For:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field (MSc is a plus)
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in top-tier consulting firms, e-commerce companies, investment banks, audit firms, or as a data/business analyst
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Tableau, and other analytics software
  • Strong data analysis capabilities with ability to recognize patterns and trends in large datasets
  • Extremely structured, analytical, and organized with strong mathematical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and communicate them clearly
Responsibilities
  • Monitor Gross Profit P&L performance vs budget and build analysis across all categories leading to action-oriented recommendations
  • Improve GP2 by optimizing seller/customer passthrough and adapting commission matrix for price leadership
  • Reconcile Marketing Contribution and ensure all revenue streams are accurately booked and implemented
  • Collect, clean, and analyze raw data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Manage master data integrity and provide quality assurance of imported data
  • Create compelling reports and presentations that communicate findings and influence business decisions
  • Develop and accelerate adoption of Value-Added Services (VAS) including product value propositions and market strategies
  • Design action plans for Key Account Managers and ensure seller subscription to visibility services
  • Manage inventory through POs (Retail) and COs (Consignment) ensuring optimal assortment and healthy stock
  • Ensure warehouse products are visible online with proper merchandising and best seller visibility
  • Coordinate repricing strategies for slow movers and Performance Steering Actions with Key Account Managers
