Role Summary
The Data / Business Operations Analyst provides analytical support across field operations and trade marketing projects. This role turns operational and performance data into insights, automation, and decision-support tools that improve efficiency, visibility, and execution quality.

● Deliver accurate and actionable performance insights
● Support data needs for all trade marketing projects
● Improve operational reporting quality and speed
● Automate and optimize data workflows where possible
Core Responsibilities & Expectations
1. Performance Data Analysis
● Analyze field sales and operational performance data
● Track trends, productivity, and execution gaps
● Provide clear dashboards and reports for leadership
2. Trade Marketing Data Support
● Support planning, execution, and reporting of trade marketing projects
● Ensure accurate data collection and validation
● Provide post-project analysis and insights
3. Data Operations & Automation
● Improve and automate recurring data processes
● Reduce manual reporting and data errors
● Work closely with Operations and Product teams on data needs
4. Business Insights & Decision Support
● Translate raw data into clear operational insights
● Highlight risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
● Support Head of Operations with data-backed recommendations
5. Reporting & Business Insights
● Deliver structured, accurate, and actionable performance reports across field operations
● Provide data-driven insights to support operational and trade marketing decisions
● Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for leadership visibility
● Identify performance trends, risks, and inefficiencies proactively
● Translate operational data into clear recommendations for the Head of Operations
