Job Description

This individual will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Marketing automation:
    • Manage e-mail production requests from the Channel Marketing team.
    • Coordinate e-mail marketing activity to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Events and webcasts:
    • Manage the invitation & registration process.
    • Coordinate promotional activities to boost event registrations
  • Campaigns:
    • Contribute to the delivery of pan-regional marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics & reporting:
    • Ensure the seamless integration of digital campaigns into our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Pardot)
    • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activity, using key performance metrics to guide future improvements.
  • General support:
    • Carry out additional digital tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

  • Excellent communication and brief-writing skills

Nice to have skills

  • Experience delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Previous experience within Financial Services, Asset Management is a plus
