The Digital Trading Team at Oner Active sit at the heart of our customer engagement and growth strategy. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Analyse e-commerce performance: traffic sources, conversion funnels, product performance, drop-off points, AOV, retention.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards & reporting models that deliver insights and prompt action.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate test strategy: from hypothesis → design → execution → analysis → recommendation.
  • Conduct deep-dives into customer behaviour: segmentation, cohort analysis, churn risk, lifetime value, personalisation opportunities.
  • Audit and ensure data integrity: tagging, data flows, analytics setup (GA4, GTM, data layer), collaborate with Data & Insight team for pipeline/API integrations.
  • Partner cross-functionally (UX/UI, Marketing, Digital Trading, Tech) to translate insights into improvements: landing pages, product pages, campaign optimisation, user journeys.
  • Monitor key digital KPIs, flag anomalies/trends, produce weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and strategic reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR etc), and embed analytics best practices and governance across the digital organisation.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience in a Web Analytics / E-commerce Analytics role (e.g., analysing consumer digital storefronts).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (or equivalent) including tracking setup and report/dashboard creation.
  • Strong data skills: Excel/Google Sheets advanced level, SQL or other database querying language.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B or multivariate testing (design, execution, analysis).
  • Deep understanding of the customer journey, conversion optimisation, retention and personalisation strategies.
  • Technical curiosity: comfortable with data structures, tracking implementation, API integrations.
  • Excellent communication & storytelling: able to translate complex analytics into clear business-facing insights.
  • Commercially minded: you understand business levers, revenue impact, and how digital behaviour maps to commercial outcomes.
  • Experience working with Shopify (or equivalent e-commerce platform) is essential.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of Content Square.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript to support tagging/troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale (for advanced e-commerce insights).
