About the Role:

Our client is looking for a proactive Process & Documentation Executive to improve business efficiency by analyzing workflows, documenting processes, and supporting process adoption. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement to ensure seamless and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze workflows; identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and update process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation.
  • Train teams and support process adoption across the business.
  • Conduct process audits and provide actionable reports.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Support change management initiatives and communicate process updates.
  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong documentation and process mapping skills (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel/Power BI.
  • Project management abilities (Jira, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier).
  • Understanding of compliance, risk, and internal controls.
  • Attention to detail, adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 2–3 years in process management, operations, or process improvement.
  • Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing workflows.
