Mission for this Role
The Product Manager will drive the development and enhancement of modules within the Treasury & Trade OS. This role requires driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Product Manager will translate complex financial workflows into well-defined product requirements and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Commercial teams.
Key Outcomes
End-to-End Feature Delivery:
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable product requirements.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise and manage backlog effectively.
- Lead sprint planning and release coordination.
Cross-Module Coordination:
- Work across modules (Treasury, FX, Payments, Trade Finance, and Supply Chain Finance)
- Ensure feature alignment and avoid workflow fragmentation.
- Support integration consistency across the OS.
Enterprise Workflow Translation:
- Understand treasury, trade, and finance team workflows.
- Convert operational needs into intuitive product flows.
- Support configuration logic for multi-entity, multi-bank environments.
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Collaborate with the Compliance Division to ensure product updates meet regulatory standards.
- Embed control logic into feature design.
- Support audit readiness and documentation clarity.
Performance & Delivery Metrics:
- Monitor feature adoption and usage.
- Track release velocity and predictability.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency.
