Job Description

We seek a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with experience creating professional documents to join our Commercial team at Phillips Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions, proficiency in various design software, and an ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling materials. You will collaborate with consultants, marketing teams, and clients to create high-impact graphics and visual strategies that align with PCL. brand and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce various digital and print materials, including research documents,  survey reports, proposals, pitch deck presentations, infographics, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with consulting teams to understand project requirements and conceptualize visuals based on the needs of the project.
  • Ensure all designs are in line with PCL.  brand guidelines and standards.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and integrate innovative approaches into your work.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital design tools such as Sketch or Figma is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and a diverse range of design work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in designing within brand guidelines and ability to adapt styles to different brand aesthetics.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print and digital formats.
