Employee Management & Recruitment Policies
- Responsible for driving the recruitment, retention, and overall organizational culture of the company.
- Accountable for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Responsible for providing ongoing support to managers and employees in the form of training, coaching, and counseling.
- Responsible for creating an environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to bring their best to the workplace.
- Responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders and cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and engagement
- Help the organization to create and maintain an effective recruitment process that allows them to attract, hire, and retain talented individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.
- Process probationary reviews, confirmations, employee evaluations, and terminations.
- Propose innovative and creative measures to address pressing staffing issues in the company at every point in time.
Training & Development
- Determine training requirements, and design and develop training and development programs based on both the company’s and the individual’s needs.
- Analyse training needs of departments, plan training programs, and oversee the logistics of such programs.
- Design of the Company’s Training Plan and individual annual learning & development plans.
Performance Management
- Administer the Performance Management and improvement systems.
- Administer all matters relating to career development, talent management, and employee development of the staff.
- Advise on and resolve performance-related issues.
- Perform analysis on key metrics/processes and recommend process improvements that maximize efficiency.
- Communicate job expectations, measurement standards, and key performance indicators to all members of the company.
- Administer career-pathing process for employees and succession plan for key leadership roles.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Minimum of 2-3 years prior work experience in Human Resources and/ or in a related field
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented thinking and action; Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- People / Resource management skills; Highly innovative & creative;
- Detail & Result orientation; Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly.
