Job Description

Our client, a leading experiential marketing agency, is looking for a highly motivated and organized operations executive to join their team. As an operations executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various operational activities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of experiential marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with teams including creative, production, and client service to bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and activations, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to streamline operations and enhance project delivery.
  • Oversee project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of timelines and deliverables
  • Manage and optimize resources, BA’s, merchandisers, equipment, and materials
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance and implement improvements
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
