We are looking for a data-driven Operational Analyst to join our team, focusing on production planning and forecastingto ensure efficient operations and supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse weekly sales trends and historical data to create accurate production forecasts for supermarket supply.
- Develop and maintain production planning models to optimise raw material usage, factory output, and stock levels.
- Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and commercial teams to align production with demand.
- Monitor seasonal trends, promotions, and supply chain fluctuations to prevent shortages or overproduction.
- Provide real-time data insightsto support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in production planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis, ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, and data visualisation tools.
Understanding of supermarket supply chains and the ability to adapt forecasts to changing demand patterns.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in meat manufacturing or food production is a strong advantage.
