Data Analyst – HR at Investigo – Birmingham

Contract: Temp to perm

Investigo is working with a global technology firm and market leaders in their space.

Our client is in search for someone to come in for a 4-6 month period to assist in data analytics, specifically working with HR and people data.

These responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of analytics capabilities and deliverables, from data collection to insights delivery.
• Develop automated, always-on dashboards that provide real-time insights.
• Create visually appealing data visualisations that demonstrate trends, impacts, outcomes, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.
• Embed AI and machine learning capabilities to query and draw meaningful insights from our data.
• Leverage Python and other data and analytics tools to structure, cleanse, and build data models and visualizations.
• Translate abstract concepts into actionable business requirements.

The key skills we are looking for are:

• Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with PowerBI or similar
• Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modelling techniques.
• Proven track record in data analysis in HR.
• Ability to drive best practices independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong results-orientation and ability to work effectively and independently
• Ideally experienced in GDPR, data privacy and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Project management experience is a plus.
