Job Overview
The Senior Data Analyst BI Integrator at eMedic Health Technologies Ltd will be instrumental in enhancing our business intelligence systems. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to improve our operational efficiency and decision-making processes, as well as integrating BI tools and systems to better support our business units and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead the integration of business intelligence and data analytics systems across all company platforms.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of sources.
  • Implement advanced analytics practices to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure system consistency and reliability.
  • Develop and update technical documentation pertaining to business intelligence processes.
  • Conduct data profiling and predictive analysis to identify trends and business insights.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and reporting needs.
  • Create and manage BI and analytics tools that allow end-users to access and analyze data efficiently.
  • Optimize data flow and collection for cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance according to industry standards and regulations.
  • Train staff on new data systems and analytics tools.
  • Regularly review and optimize BI tools and dashboards.
  • Develop metrics and prototypes that can be used to drive business decisions.
  • Handle the processing and analysis of new data sources as needed.
  • Facilitate data-driven decisions across the company by supporting senior management with insights and analyses.
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.
  • Participate in setting organizational data governance and BI strategy.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and consultants on data-related projects.
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include information relevant to building analytic systems.
  • Monitor analytics and metrics results to deliver actionable insights tailored to business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Grafana or similar.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
