Reporting to the Director, IT & Performance, you will design, build, and optimize the tools and analytics that help teams across the company make confident, data-driven decisions.
Your role
Build Smart BI Solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
- Own and execute ETL processes that ensure data flows cleanly and efficiently.
- Deliver BI solutions that are intuitive, insightful, and scalable.
Turn Data Into Decisions
- Dive into complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable insights.
- Champion data integrity, accuracy, and security across all platforms.
- Support and enhance data governance practices.
Empower People With Data
- Train and support users so they can confidently interpret and leverage BI tools.
- Provide guidance on using dashboards to solve real business challenges.
- Stay sharp on emerging BI technologies and industry best practices.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in our BI ecosystem.
