We are a global digital cross-border payments service provider, strategically poised to revolutionize how treasury solutions are being offered to businesses and individuals across frontier markets.

We operate out of over 10 countries and will expand business operations across 35 countries within the next 5 years.

The Leatherback solution allows users to convert their monetary balance to the local currency where they are while also allowing them to get paid in that local currency without the need to open a bank and worry about high banking charges.

As the Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing all visuals across digital and offline media for the company.

The Visual Designer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to –

  • Design visuals inclusive of static and motion graphics, video animation, flyers, brochures, and more for marketing and communication when needed.
  • Design all visuals across all company's marketing channels, including social media, website, blog, PR purposes, events, direct marketing, paid ads, email, and newsletters.
  • Develop flat/3d illustrations and other designs using software or by hand.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand style across visuals
  • Collaborate with the team to implement defined marketing strategies for success.
  • Develop creative visual templates for social media, emails, and newsletters that can be reusable as a backup when there is a high volume of deliverables with short deadlines.
  • Abide by the proper branding guidelines for colors, fonts, and correct usage across all visuals ensuring they are aligned with the company values
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Work with copywriters and marketing team to produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Keeping the team up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
  • Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
  • Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
